Saturday 19th January we held a workshop at inLIFE Towers for the local YMCA Sutton Coldfield alongside Design Pit to introduce kids to the wonderful world of web and design.
David and Gareth first spoke about how they went about setting up the businesses from nothing , talking in detail about how having a passion in what you do can make it work no matter what. The kids then got hands on drawing and designing what their interests were before moving on to setting up blogs and discussing how they could turn their passions into money making opportunities online.
Fuelled with a big box of donuts and soft drinks, the work produced by some of these kids and young adults was amazing, See some examples below.
We look forward to working with them again and keeping an eye on their promising futures in web and design.
