Cookie policy

Cookies are small files placed on your device. Websites can also store information in browser local storage or session storage. Session storage normally lasts for the life of the browser tab or browsing session; your browser’s restore settings may affect this.

This policy covers the inLIFE website. Services you open separately, such as the client portal, payment provider, newsletter platform or social networks, have their own information and controls.

On our public website, optional Google Analytics and Google Ads tags load only after you accept the relevant category in our cookie banner. Google Tag Manager manages the Analytics tags. You can reject optional cookies and still browse or send an enquiry. The following storage supports these choices and site features:

• cookieyes-consent: CookieYes stores your consent choices so they can be respected on later visits. The current banner configuration retains this preference for up to one year.
• Google Analytics (_ga and _ga_*): with analytics consent, these cookies distinguish browsers and sessions to help us understand page visits, phone/email link clicks and successful enquiries. They can last up to two years, subject to Google’s settings. We do not include the name, email address, phone number or message you enter in a form in these Analytics events.
• Google Ads (_gcl_* and related Google advertising storage): with advertising consent, Google measures advertising effectiveness and conversions and may link activity with advertising identifiers. First-party click attribution cookies commonly last up to 90 days; Google controls its other cookie durations. See Google’s cookie information.
• wpEmojiSettingsSupports: WordPress session storage recording whether your browser can display certain emoji. It supports their appearance and is not a marketing profile.
• inlife_media_consent_v1: session storage remembering your choice about embedded YouTube videos in this tab, together with the preference version and time. It is used to respect that choice.
• inlife_review_rotation_v1: session storage remembering which review references have been shown in the footer, so new pages and refreshes can show different quotes before cycling through them again. It contains no visitor identifier, is not sent to us and is not used for tracking.
• WordPress login cookies: if you choose to sign in to the website administration, WordPress uses authentication and security cookies. These are separate from ordinary public browsing and expire according to the login/session settings.

These functions do not give us access to other files on your device. Technical server logs are explained in our privacy policy.

Video thumbnails can be viewed without loading a YouTube player. When you choose an embedded video, we ask before loading YouTube. If you allow it, the provider receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details and may use cookies or similar storage for its player, measurement, personalisation or advertising, depending on its service and your account settings.

You can keep the player blocked and continue using the rest of the site. Allowing videos applies to embedded YouTube players for the current tab session. Player storage and its duration are controlled by Google/YouTube; see Google’s privacy policy and cookie information.

Links labelled to watch on YouTube, and links to our social profiles, open the external service. Its own privacy and cookie controls apply there.

Use the cookie banner or its revisit control to change analytics and advertising choices. Withdrawing consent stops those tags loading; if they are already running, the page reloads to stop their listeners. You can also manage embedded YouTube videos separately below.

Manage video preferences

Use your browser’s site-data controls to remove cookies already stored, including any set by an external provider.

JavaScript is disabled, so our optional tracking tags do not load. Use your browser’s controls to manage previously stored data.

The site requests its web font from Google Fonts and may request emoji images from WordPress.org. Those requests disclose connection information such as your IP address to the provider, even when no cookie is set. See Google’s privacy information and WordPress.org’s privacy information.

External links to maps, newsletters, payments and social websites do not give us control over what those services store. Check their information when visiting them.

You can view, block or clear cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may affect sign-in or remembering choices. Browser controls do not replace any consent required before optional features load.
