What exactly is IRIS?

IRIS is inLIFE’s Real-time Intelligence System. It connects approved business knowledge, Website Chat and supported marketing sources in one platform, helping your team ask questions, understand performance and take useful action.

Can IRIS work with my existing website?

IRIS can be added to any inLIFE website and many sites built elsewhere. Use the compatibility form and our team will review the platform and current setup. If an upgrade is needed, we’ll explain why and provide a clear quote.

What is the Business Brain?

It is your approved business context: services, customers, priorities, tone and boundaries. It helps IRIS give relevant answers rather than generic responses. Your team controls the knowledge and keeps it up to date.

Does Website Chat capture leads?

Website Chat answers questions using approved information and can offer an enquiry or human handover. Lead details are collected with consent, alongside useful conversation context for your team.

Can I ask IRIS questions by voice?

Yes. Both packages support voice and text questions about your business and connected performance. They share the package’s private-assistant question allowance.

What can Competitor Watch compare?

Competitor Watch compares public search presence for up to six relevant businesses. Business Intel includes two completed comparisons each month; Business Intel + Content includes four. Reports explain useful gaps and possible next steps.

Can IRIS help with Google reviews?

Yes. IRIS helps you see new reviews, understand trends and prepare replies in your business’s tone. Reply and alert behaviour follows your account settings and approval choices.

Will IRIS publish content automatically?

The Content package supports article preparation and connected publishing, including scheduled or approved actions. You choose the supported destinations and approval settings. The monthly article allowance and fair-usage terms apply.

How is client information kept separate?

Each client has a separate business context and account permissions. Public Website Chat uses approved public knowledge; your private business assistant is for authorised users and connected business reporting.
