A wedding venue should feel like itself online. For Coton House Farm, we built a consistent social presence around the real place, real weddings and the details couples want to see.
The client: Coton House Farm, an exclusive-use countryside wedding venue in Whittington, near Lichfield, Staffordshire.
The challenge: reach couples without losing the venue’s personality
The team wanted engaging content that would help more of the right couples discover the venue, interact with its Instagram and Facebook pages and take an interest in a visit. That meant showing what makes a wedding there special, with a recognisable voice and a reliable posting rhythm.
What we did
- Started with the existing channels. We reviewed performance, visual style, tone and content themes to shape a plan around the venue and its audience.
- Put real stories at the centre. We managed and scheduled Instagram and Facebook content featuring weddings, the venue and its packages, supported by a content calendar, caption writing and hashtag research.
- Kept the conversation moving. AI-assisted responses supported comments and direct messages from couples and suppliers, with attention to the venue’s brand voice.
- Supported key opportunities with advertising. Targeted campaigns promoted venue tours and key dates, testing creative approaches and relevant geographical audiences, including newly engaged couples.

What Coton House Farm said
“We’re continually impressed with the quality and creativity of the content they manage for our social media. We’ve worked with other providers in the past, but we’ve never received the level of quality, consistency, and brand alignment that InLife delivers. The service is truly in a league of its own.”
Coton House Farm — client feedback from our social media case study
Local knowledge. Content that sounds like you.
For this Lichfield-area venue, the content needed to do more than fill a feed. It needed to help couples picture their own day there. A clear plan and recognisable style gave the team a consistent way to share that story.
If you want to keep your business’s personality while taking the day-to-day posting off your list, explore our social media management service or talk to the inLIFE team about your content.
Results are taken from inLIFE’s Coton House Farm social media case-study flyer. Instagram and Facebook figures cover the reported six-month period. The flyer’s separate paid-advertising report uses a different period and is not combined with these figures. Individual client results are not a forecast.
