We have some incredibly exciting news to share from the inLIFE team! We are absolutely buzzing with pride after receiving two nominations for the upcoming Royal Sutton Coldfield, Lichfield & Tamworth and Cannock Chase Awards 2026 (or SLTC Awards, for short).
While we’re thrilled that inLIFE has been shortlisted for Lichfield Small Business of the Year, we want to dedicate this post to the achievement that has truly made our week: Our phenomenal Head Developer, Laura, has been nominated for Young Professional of the Year! ⭐️

Shining a Light on Laura!
Laura is more than just our Head Developer — she’s the technical backbone and driving force behind our clients’ websites. Her nomination for Young Professional of the Year is an immense recognition of her talent, leadership, and unwavering commitment.
In a field that is constantly evolving, Laura doesn’t just keep up; she sets the pace. She leads our team with clarity, solves complex challenges with creative solutions, and always approaches her work with infectious enthusiasm. She ensures every piece of code and every project we deliver is top-tier. Her work ethic is exemplary, and she’s a brilliant mentor to everyone on the team.
This award nomination recognises not only her professional achievements but also her significant contribution to our company culture and overall success.
A Nod to inLIFE and the Community
Of course, we can’t deny that we are also excited to be nominated for Lichfield Small Business of the Year.
This nomination reflects the collective hard work of our entire team and the trust our wonderful clients place in us every day. Being recognised in the local community is always a huge honour, and we are grateful for the support that has allowed us to grow.
What’s Next?
The shortlist awards ceremony is 21st January 2026, and we’re all keeping our fingers crossed! Please join us in congratulating Laura on this truly exceptional milestone. We couldn’t be prouder to have her leading the way.
We’ll share the results once they’ve been announced next year! Good luck, Laura!
