Onboarding
We discuss your websites new brain, outlining all then information it should know about your business. This can gather information from your current website, from the whole internet, just the information you provide or even a combination of all of these.
Data Setup & Training Mode
We set up the data in a secure area, only accessible by your own A.I and create all methodologies for utilising the data to hand. We then begin to train your A.I and provide a working version in ‘Training mode’ for any alterations you may want to ask it to make.
Internal Training & Launch
We launch your A.I system onto your website either a site-wide chat or specific page or form. We then track all user questions asked alongside datasets on a monthly basis, with continuous tweaks to ensure it generates the perfect answers, leading to driving you new business.
