But this win isn’t just about a trophy. It’s about a philosophy we’ve woven into the very structure of how we work, where we work, and why we do what we do.
A New Vision for the Office of the Future
Back in 2023, our Managing Director, David Whitehouse, made the brave decision to move away from a traditional 1200 sq/ft office that had wow factor — pool table, arcade machines and all — but wasn’t fit for the sustainable future we envisioned. It was big, impressive, but ultimately inefficient.
Instead, David combined his personal and professional life in a unique and powerful way: he purchased a home in Chasetown with just under an acre of historic land and developed it into both a family space and inLIFE Lodge — our fully sustainable, net-zero, eco-driven office.
This was more than an office move. It was a complete reimagining of how a modern business can operate.
What Makes inLIFE Lodge Truly Sustainable?
Completed in just 3 months, inLIFE Lodge reflects our goal to combine cutting-edge technology with sustainable living — not just to offset carbon, but to reduce our impact at its core.

Sustainability with Personality
This isn’t just an office surrounded by tech. It’s a working ecosystem. The Lodge is also home to our now-famous chickens (yes, Marcus, Jeffrey, Duchess and Nugget), who provide fresh eggs for the team. The project also includes community outreach, with an open day fundraiser for Burntwood Be A Friend, featuring a guest appearance by our very own celebrity client, Wagner from The X Factor.
